Grown-up account control
Delete an account
Deleting an account permanently removes its private account and hunt history. It cannot be undone.
Delete inside the app
- Open the grown-up area and complete the grown-up check.
- Sign in to the account that should be deleted.
- Enter the current password, choose Delete account, then confirm Delete permanently.
- The app signs out when deletion succeeds. The old session can no longer access the account.
Request deletion without the app
A grown-up can email us from the recovery email if possible. Include only the account username and ask for account deletion. We will reply with safe ownership-verification steps.
Never send the password, a recovery link, a child's full name, a photo or identity documents in the first email.
Request account deletionWhat deletion removes
- The authentication identity, username and encrypted grown-up recovery contact.
- Private hunt state, category-round history, scores, skips and completion records.
- Entitlement and moderation rows attached to the account.
- Active access to the deleted account across signed-in devices.
Treasure photos are not account records and are never intentionally retained. Protected provider backups age out under the provider's backup cycle and are not used except for disaster recovery.
The grown-up account area can export a readable copy before deletion. See the privacy policy for access and correction rights.
